Ballet (for children ages 12&up, 6:30-7:30 pm Monday through friday)
Young dancer ballet classes provide an hour lesson of fun and exercise. Students can attend all week, three (mwf) or just twice (t/th).
Learning the basics of ballet technique as well as graceful movement and artistry, all while developing discipline in a nurturing, encouraging and friendly environment
After School Group classes are separated by age and/or ability, if a much younger student seems to be developing his or her talents, and proper class behavior, they can take the more advanced class if they wish so.

Painting (for all ages)
Painting, drawing, designing.
In this class we tap into our inner artist and develop our creativity as well as our ability to create art from scratch. Creating art helps young people develop a sense of resourcefulness and also serves as a therapeutic activity.

Acting / voice Performance
Singing, acting and performing on stage. Theater skills are fun and useful in everyday life. In vocal performance class our students learn to shake their shyness off and fine tune their singing technique as well as ability to get on stage.

One-on-one fitness training
After discussing your personal fitness goals, we create an individualized fitness program designed to achieve your fitness objectives safely and efficiently. Fitness training sessions can be held in our studio, or in the privacy of your own home, your building's fitness center or at one of our select facilities located throughout New York City
All fitness sessions are private, so the schedule depends on your availability. Sessions start at @ $30/hr (if they are held at our studio).
